2.     Description of the Activity

We Access students of Pokhara Center celebrated teacher’s day on 16th July, 2019. It was a surprise moment for our teachers because we told them in the early morning of that day. We’re well planned about the program. The task was divided into four group. Each group has to do some specific work. First group has to prepare greeting card, second poem, third speech, and fourth PowerPoint simultaneously. The room was decorated well so that it looked like heaven.

3.     Program Celebration

Our program started at 9:00 am. The program was started with a speech on teacher’s day. The speech was given by Sujit Prasad Kushwaha. Next was to put tika and garland on teacher’s forehead and neck respectively. Then the cake was cut down into pieces and first it was ingest by our teachers and then students. After that a poem was sung by Dipa Dahal on teachers. It was so pleasing that Manju Ma’am praised her for being a poem writer in the near future. Then we danced, sung together and at the end Prakash sir thanked us for celebrating the occasion through his speech and also told that they are always ready to help us at any time and place in the journey of life.

Finally, we gave greeting card to our teacher’s and went to home with happy mood.

4.     Impact/ Outcome

All the students got opportunity to solemnize teacher’s day with Access                    friends and teachers. They learnt to make greeting cards as well as to arrange and complete program. They gained confidence to speak, sing and dance in any program.
